How to get dates from excel files avoiding the number conversion

I decided to made this post to show a way to work with excel dates and Power Automate. All we know that when we work with dates maeby the next step is to be frustrated because using code or now using power Automate we have troubles.

So in Power Automate when we use list rows present in a table action the dates in excel are presented in pur output as a number, so our action do a convertion.
